Logging In For The First Time
Having trouble logging in? Work through these troubleshooting tips with your school.
To login into the Parent Portal for the first time and view your child's dashboard, you will need the email that came from your school to welcome you to Arbor. You must log in for the first time on a desktop computer or laptop, using Chrome as your web browser.
This email will confirm your username (your email on school record) and a link for you to click on that will take you directly to your schools' Parent Portal site.
On your first login only, you will need to enter your child’s date of birth to access the dashboard.

Being A Guardian For Multiple Children
If you are the Primary Guardian for more than one child in the school, you can access and view each child through the same portal by clicking on the name at the drop-down menu with the children's names in the top-left of the home page, then change sibling.

What Will I Use Arbor For?
Monitoring attendance
The School uses Arbor to log your child's attendance daily. You can monitor it by reviewing the absences log and downloading your child's attendance certificate. To know more about attendance, click here.
Enrolling your child to a club
We offer an extensive club programme each term of the academic year and for all our pupils from Reception to Year 6. The school will share the programme in advance of the term for parents to select on Arbor. Please read the guidance here.
Few tips on clubs
- if, on Arbor, you are unable to select a club membership, it means that the club is fully booked
- you can select Enrichment, breakfast club and wraparound care up to 24 hours in advance to give you more flexibility to manage your childcare arrangements.
- you need to top up your enrichment, breakfast and wraparound care accounts to be able to book for these clubs. To sign up to these clubs, click here
Signing my child for an educational trip
From the main Parent Portal page, click on the Trips field within the Activities section.
The Trips main page features three sections - Upcoming Trips are any trips the child is currently registered for, Past Trips are trips which have taken place and Trips Open are any trips that the child can currently be registered for.
To start registering a child for a trip, click on the desired trip in the Trips Open section.
