We welcome any person, including members of the public, to provide us with positive feedback about any provision of facilities or services that we provide. Share the details with us and we'll make sure your compliment gets back to the right person or team. To do this, simply email office@roxbourneprimaryschool.co.uk.  

Complaints

Roxbourne Primary School takes concerns and complaints seriously and will make every effort to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Any person, including members of the public, may make a complaint to Roxbourne Primary School about any provision of facilities or services that we provide. It is often in everyone’s interest that concerns and complaints are resolved at the earliest possible stage. Many issues can be resolved informally, without the need to use the formal stages of the complaints procedure. Unless complaints are dealt with under separate statutory procedures (such as appeals relating to exclusions or admissions), we follow the Complaints Policy which is located here. 

Raising concerns about the conduct or behaviour of adults who hire Roxbourne premises

We hire our premises to a number of organisations, usually during the evening, weekends and school holidays. If you have any concerns regarding the conduct or behaviour of the adults who hire our premises, you are requested to share these concerns with the school directly, via office@roxbourneprimaryschool.co.uk
